The Gathering - the biggest get together that Ireland will ever host, we will celebrate all things Irish throughout 2013. What better way to join in this celebration than invite your family and friends home during this year long celebration.

The People’s Parade has been launched this year as part of The Gathering. For the first time, up to 8000 people are being invited to March in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Dublin on 17 March 2013.

The Franco-Irish Literary Festival in April celebrates Irish literature and the bond between Ireland and France.

The Dublin Dance Festival takes place across many venues in Dublin during May.

While there are a number of large events, the Gathering is also about clan parties and local community events.
